4. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors)
  • Order confirmation via email/SMS does not guarantee fulfillment if the item is out of stock

5. Payments

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, including Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. COD orders may be subject to a verification call before dispatch.

6. Shipping

  • Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or events beyond our control
  • Risk of loss/damage passes to you upon delivery
