Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day
• COD orders may require phone verification before dispatch, which can add to processing time

Delivery Timelines

• Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days, depending on your location
• Metro cities typically receive orders faster; remote/rural areas may take longer
• Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed — delays can occur due to courier logistics, weather, or regional disruptions beyond our control

Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on all orders (as reflected at checkout)
• Any applicable shipping charges, if introduced later, will be clearly shown before checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor delivery status in real time.

Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across India. If your pincode is not serviceable, this will be flagged at checkout before you complete your order.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us via our Contact page with your order number, and we'll investigate with our courier partner.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept delivery if possible, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours — see our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on warehouse location — this won't affect your delivery timeline for each item.
